
Have you ever looked at a caller ID and decided NOT to answer because you knew it would be a negative conversation?
At one time in my life I was probably such a caller. I’m not a complainer, for a good reason I’ll explain below, but I used to go on rants about politics or about people who annoyed me.
But I’ve adopted the principle of being “radically positive”. I owe this expression to a psychologist friend of ours who uses it to challenge his patients to change their outlook. He knows that a radically positive outlook greatly improves a person’s life. That attitude certainly has improved my life and my relationships.
